hi guys
m back with my feelings to share and the previous rules apply this time as well ki any mistakes found should ke kept with the person concerned
this time its a bit diffrent scenario that i will discuss......... its not the fun at the last bench neither its the ppt going on tthis time its all about NAUKRI .....yes summers placement at my college which would eventually turn into PPO/PPI and hence in to NAUKRI.....
this season (i still mean summers please dont go till winters or monsoon) we have been into the Elite group who have been having the the best fun ever in college during summers by sitting in he quad ....sipping thadi ki chai...and trying out diffrent dosas at anna's stall outside college..lisitensing to our new enthem.......all this is because we r free from summers process.....and we r free because companies either didn't liked our acads or our group dynamics ...and hence we never made it to interview's (yet we give tips about interview handling......) and to the placement...but we made it to our own company...
some good points which i could notice along with my friends..sorry sorry my partners of NotPlacedComm and think that what might have happened...that why we could not make it to shorlisting or Gd or interview....
1)Either our resume always clears the upper cut off criteria set by comapnies so .even if we choose the companies .....companies never choose us...or it may be other way round
2) We r dead sure that if a line is drawn and companies throw the resume in order to find shortlisting by taking the student resume which cross the line we can never make it, as our resume is very heavy it never crosses the line so we dont try for that...or its so light that it fly out of window...
3) Either sitting arrangemnt is such that HR never knows whether i spoke or not
4) Sometimes u never know the company but u still get call for Gd ...courtesy your friends...
5) Some companies come with small revenues but huge profile..(bole to choti choti aakhen bade bade sapne)..so u tank the GD
6)U R asked about things which u have come to learn(are bhai phele se hi aati to yahan kyun aate) lekin HR has license to ask anything
but being the member of NotPlacedCom we are above all this i.e. SAB MOH MAYA HAI..
we have been counting the no of Gd and interviews we have tanked ....because we never fail..hence we tank....
Since most of the party arrangement can be done by ppl who have already been placed (coke... britannia... ICICI...St gobain blah blah blah).....so i found that its better that i party for 2 months then to slog......
but it feels great for all the people who have been dedicated to both placecomm and NotPlacedComm .....my best wishes to one and all for their individual achivements( understand as no of tanks done) and wish them best of luck for their future endeavours...

First Summers ppt @ the last bench

Disclaimer: No attention to English, grammar, use of Hindi...anybody noticing that should confine the findings to himself...
haan ab chalu karte haiii.......
I am back to share my views on the my first ever summers ppt on the last bench but rather then directly jumping on the action happening at the last bench..lets see what happens in the college when u have first summers ppt.(are bhai ab pheli summers ppt hai MBA ki.. josh to hoga hi) .. first thing i noticed... the bigger the name the bigger is the enthu in the people .... enthu is propotional to name of firm..
so the name of the ""God"" coming for dharshan was JPMC a dream company for many people lokking for finance profile .... i dont know how much to I understand by term profile.. (I need work on my basics) ...woh baad mein..abhi JPMC.....so the time allocated to JPMC was 1500 hrs and seats were to be occupied from 1430 hrs....ab aap logo ka enthu level dekhiye...subhah 9 se 2 tak class....bachhe ne kuch khaya piya nai hai...koi lecture ke liye nahi ruk sata 3 baje tak lekin summers ke liye sab ese khade hai ki ..jaise ek dum fresh apple....... chere pe jo chamak hai....aha aha aha...maja aa jata hai......
are ek cheez to main bhool hi gaya and the most important """"U have to be in formals to attend the ppt"""" ...bhai a very valid point atleast kuch logo ko formals mein dekh ke accha laga aur pheli baar laga ki kuch sahi mein bada hone ja raha hai...( in general our college does not need formals to ROCK)..so 100 guys dressed in formals standing outside Room no 21 (our college Auditoriam with a capacity to hold 150 ppl at the same time)........
now 100 guys standing at one point and one person shouting ""Please maintain silence" are bhai garmi lag rahi hai ..kuch khaya bhi nahi hai..baidhne tum de nahi rahe ho....summers ka tension bhari hai...aadhe se jayada bache exited hai aur tum bol rahe ho "MAINTAIN SILENCE" .. kahan se baccha shant rahe jab mann mein 1000 question goonj rahe ho ( keep this point in mind.... a lot changes after ppt)....
isi beech as usual photo session ho gaya Karan ke camere se..to note the overwhelming respone...
to my surprise this time the seats got filled in the other way as compared to what i see in OB ,Ethics ,CSR ,MIS , Stats, Economics, WBC (i hope i haven't left any....rest are important so i sit in front :) :))..JPMC effect was spreading like chikungunia seriously mujhe bachna tha to mein meri jagah pahunch gaya without any problem as last bench got eventually filled soon ( mein last bench ki tauhin nahi kar sakta..) ....now wait was over when we saw 4 executive with full suits entered into the room .. after a few moment pin drop silence ( again a deviation from the regular behaviour ) but then i thought that ya its time for some stuti of JPMC and it came true when JPMC executive started the presentation with how JPMC has emerged out of sublime crisis and is one of the reputed firm...blah blah blah...
on me last bench effect was on i was feeling sleepy and at the same time noticing the happenning around there and in between looking at the ppt ( after all JPMC hai ) so as JPMC discussed about their developent i was loking at the class development...soon after 15 min all the people were engaged in reading the brouchoure given by them...good quality paper ( will go atleast 10Rs/kg ) having all the dtails of what they want what we want..blah blah blah (i still have he copy if anyone needs it do ask me for it....) i was sleeping half way ojas.. ashish...were in full mood to sleep rest all on the first few benches were listening....investment banking...credit managemnt......good profile ...huge gain...order book...blue book....reports..... are some of the terms i could understand at that time...bahut neend aa rahi thi yaar ....log samaj kaise rahe they usko yaar ...... mujhe to seedhe seedhe bato ki kitna paisa hai...kaisa kaam hai ...kab aana hai ...main baat kaise aana hai....ppt khatam karo....pata nahi IB mein kya kya karna hai bhi samjha rahe hai ...bhai I trim pada nahi hai...paper hua nahi hai..jayada knowledge bhi nahi hai...majak udana jaroori hai.....generic ppt hi de dete ...lekin ab MBA karna hai shayad mujhe hi mera standard aur upar leke aana padega uske liye I think i have to start from I bench ...nahiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
finally this thought was over with the executives finishing their ppt and it was the time of open house question's i personally like this part not because it helps people understand better but because just after the floor is open for questions a period of 40-50 sec comes when everybody is looking at each other face to ask ques ..chere ka look dekne ka hota hai...kuch haihi nahi poochne ke liye .... executives ka chera dekna hota hai....my fav scene i can have 100 ppt for this scene......lekin gyann dhara to kahin se bi foot sakti hai...sabse aage wale ke dimag ki batti jagi aur ek shandar sa ques nikala ....uske baad to ques pe ques ..jo ppt mein phele bata diya wapas revision ho raha hai...bhai ppt mein so rahe they kya...(accha hai mein to abhi jaga hoon mujhe hi pata lag gaya ki kya hua tha)...
lekin ab bhi woh ques nahi aa raha jiske baad ppt sirf executives ke liye chalegi baki sab ke liye khatam " compensation ?????? man main crux of ppt " finally apne swapnil bhai ne sahi seedha satiq question poocha " Uncle ji kitne log lete ho ek line mein bata do" (he was polite but meant same thing) .......compensation ka ques agla tha ....huge compensaion...it became my dream company then and there hehe :)
there after 2-3 more queries which were relevent to those who asked them...m relevemce lied in food....so the ppt got over executives left wih a huge smile ... students left with a huge smile....i was left with on ques...so i have to sit in first bench or last bench......the answer i found after i could find enough people who find ppt as i found out that my real place lies at

The very idea of blogging
Hi all,
First of all dont mind my grammar and frequent use of hindi as i always find english to be very AJIB and confusing .....this is my first blog and u must be thinking 'yeh blogging ka bhoot kyun sawar hua' .... thing is sitting at the last bench u always think beyond the horizans of other as u can see that others can't......... u are there to see the whole class and u can see each and every activity of all the people siiting in front of u.. so i thought i will keep track of wahsts happening in the class and share it wih u all sitting there....
so to start with my experiences at the last bench of my class ... first its a great art to occupy the last seat as there is always a fight but if u have u r dear friends who come early then u dont have to cut on u r sleep to occupy the last bench......so the habit of coming late to class gives u a good feeling when the attention of the whole class in on u ...u feel like a king of the world as u have already wasted half of he lecture in settling and rest half is there to record the activities of the class ....'''off kitna kaam hai ..time hi nahi milta padne ka to :) '''' so after settling the best face u need to make in front of mam is to be confused that u really care about that damn subject and really worried that i have missed the class but inside u feel like heaven ........what a relief when the master has taken that dirty look away from u....so now the real work begins.......action at the last bench is what i call it
so how is the class working......in one corner i saw something moving ...oho its a head falling to madam 's great boring lecture ..no matter how hard one tries one cannot keep his head from falling....and there goes one another ...chalo koi nahi yeh to commmon hai sote to bahut log hai ....ab kon madam ki lori sun sakta hai.......ab dekhe class mein aur kya ho raha hai....are wah future banane aaye yeh log to alredy apna future secure karne mein lage hai...and there goes the share of Reliance on short sell trading ki tips and saath ki saath trading is on.....chalo ek taraf to log apna time sahi consume kar rahe hai ....atleast k lecture ke paise to nikal hi liye hai......chalo dekhe doosri taraf kya ho raha hai....again these bunch of girls are smiling on something ....i dont understand whats going there lv them......are wah ek jagah to had hi ho gayi naya tournamnet is going to start up.....Dumb charades across the class...ever heard of it ...no come to my class and u can see it....hey i also know the answer sometimes i also prompt..........chalo dekhe time kitna nikla..oho abi bhi 15 min baki hai.....when u see laptop in front of u one thing comes to mind i.e ......... is laptop ko kuch kaam mein le liya jaye...time for a PHOTOSHOOT and there the camera goes live and in between the class photo session is going on chalo Kal ho na ho Photo to aaaj le hi lo.....lo madam kuch word boli ki sab jag gaye...ATTENDENCE....are wah time khatam hone wala hai....are yaar proxy lagana 26 roll no ki .....mene kaha haan....aur puri class remain attentive at the time of attendence.....once in 90 min we can concentrate ................................
its time to vacate the last bench and go to have vada pav and then new things at the last bench will be noticed...
